Alternative Dispute Resolution has been one of my core area of interest. Ever since i joined as Community Based Support System (CBSS) (a community out reach group of Respect, Educate, Nurture and Empower Women) in Tsirang on October 18, 2011, i began mediating domestic violence and related matrimonial issues thus far. Assault, battery, adultary, alcoholism, restitution of conjugal rights, among others are some areas i dealt with. I addition, i provide provono legal advises including drafting of legally binding documents in my community. Thus far, i have seen many happy couples ever since i provided legal advises.
