In conjunction with the State level Youth Day Festival 2018, Scouts Association of Malaysia, Sabah Branch was empowered by Sabah State Government hrouh the Ministry of Youth and Sports to organize a walk-in competency certification booth throughout the festival. All 400 competent participants was acredited by the Sabah Scouts Academy. 

The exercise chosen was Master Documenter Level 1 Certification from Sabah Scouts Academy's syllabus. It involves the making of hardcover certificate folders.
