The Bharath Scouts and Guides Karnataka had planned for providing the 10 lakhs masks for Police department on behalf of covid 19. Hence the Rovers and Rangers of St.Philomena college Puttur has sponsored 137 masks. It was Hand overed to District Chief commissioner NG Mohan and to Dis trict Organizer Bharath Raj K by the Rovers Chandraksha and Naufaul on 03/10/2020
