Marathon duty 2019
To have a healthy lifestyle and encourage society to do more exercises
We gather at the scout HQ of Penang and went to Penang Bridge by bus. We were given different types of duty for every single one of us. Some are responsible to pick up trash left by runners, some are responsible to guide the way and some are responsible to provide assistance at the water stand.
Runners for the marathon were benefited and we managed to keep the area of the bridge clean and kept the runners hydrated.
I learned that we need do constant exercise to keep healthy
