Making their life something better
India is a populous country, and it takes much time to do anything, as well as in hospitals , people had to wait in a long queue to take an appointment with a doctor on reception. For this , government launched an app named as HMIS in which they can login by entering their umid card registered mobile number and then have to choose the person's name who is sick . So our district association started this project to aware people about this app and show them how to use it .
We did it in railway divisional hospital,DDU . Our district association divided the work to our scout groups and every group had to give service on the given date . Two rovers with a unit leader had to go to the hospital from 9 am to 2 pm . In that period we aware people to use HMIS app to self register themselves to get an appointment online using their mobile number which is registered in their UMID CARD.
I'm not sure about the exact number of people benefitted with this project but approximately 100+ people are benefitted with it . It helped people to get rid of long queues and waiting hours .
