Making a suitable environment for living.
"Working as one to create a better world," this slogan created by the scouts of a high school in Thimphu, motivated the 31 volunteers to step up and bring a change even if its a small change.
This campaign begun from a place called Babesa to Kasadrapchu. The distance between these two places are roughly 5 kilometers. Volunteers starting picking all sorts of wastes from 9 AM in the morning to 3 PM in the evening.
People Residing by those two areas were highly benefited as pollution decreased in those two areas and their mindset of polluting the environment might also have been changed as the volunteers started giving oral advices to the residents.
From this project we can conclude that nothing is impossible if people are willing to act together to create a better society and better environment to live.
