Local Festival at Sipsoo Donagcholing Dratshang held from 21st afternoon till 24th evening was the fist kind of its initiation in the Drungkhag under Throema Tshogpa. In this ocassion ten Scouts participated voluntarily to help in the kitchen and cleaning the area to help the festival participants.
