Mr Iliesa and his team of 5 volunteers from the Ministry of Agriculture, Lautoka Department created awareness in the 3 local communities namely Velovelo, Tomuka and Natabua targeting 100 people per day for three days. They were also able to do powerpoint presentations. These presentations were done to all age groups of people around the communities. The presentations were in English language.  The information passed contained what the COVID-19 is, How does it spreads, and what are the precautionery measures everyone must take. The sessions were very clear and informative. The informatipn was also translated into the vernacular language to make it more easy for some elders to understand.
