Little effort counts a lot

All of us, whenever we go to thw town we use that road but no one thought of coming together and improving the road condition. My community scout members were really cooperative and active which made me come up with this idea to fill the road that had deep holes with stones.
The project that we implemented was a little km away from reaching the first village. The road had been badly spoiled by rain and heavy vehicles. So some men filled the holes with stones while some brought stones.
Carrying out this project has helped drivers and travellers not in a big way but at least helpful for the vehicle to not get stuck. People has recognized our efforts and we felt proud of ourselves.
From this project, i learnt that doing big things is not important but doing small things that has grave impact counts more. Now omward i am going to bring more such helpful projects that would help everyone in the place.
