In the campboree of East Kowloon Region, HKSAR, members or leaders are invited to learn and understood more about the goal of MOP and send this message to their love and friends, in terms of tailor made MOP postcard! All members, from grasshopper scout (aged 5-8), to rover scouts (aged 18-26) and leaders are welcome!
