"Leadership: The Guiding Force"
In my ten years of scouting life, many teachers have inspired me. Among them, my first scout instructor, Karaitala govt primary school scout group Cub Leader Nasrin Ma’am, and Barguna Zilla school scout group scout leader Abdul Wahab Sir and also my Barguna Govt College rover scout group Rover scout leader Ahsan Habib sir have been my greatest sources of inspiration in my scouting journey.
With the motivation of my Scout teachers and my own efforts, I have been able to achieve this success.
By learning this, I have understood how to lead my team and guide them towards success. It's not just about leading my own team, but also about teaching others how to take the lead and bring success to their teams as well.
