To support scout members during a camp by providing guidance, leadership, and assistance in various camp
As an assistant leader, I actively participated in organizing and guiding scouts throughout the camp. My duties included:
Assisting in setting up tents and camp facilities.
Helping scouts maintain discipline and follow the camp schedule.
Supporting cooking, cleaning, and other daily tasks.
Encouraging teamwork, responsibility, and cooperation among scouts.
Skills Learned:
Leadership and organizational skills.
Problem-solving and decision-making.
Communication and teamwork.
Practical outdoor skills (tent management, cooking, fire safety).
The camp was successfully completed, and the scouts learned discipline, cooperation, and self-reliance. This project also enhanced my leadership ability, responsibility, and confidence in managing group activities.
