Lady Hochoy Home Service Project
This Refurbishment Project is a Service Project which was planned, developed and executed by Senior Venture Scout, myself, Sachin Seejattan and a team. I earned the Presidents’ Scout Award Service Sash and also used this as a Messengers of Peace Project which is used to give leadership training to those participating and executing the Project as well as to benefit institutions and communities.
Scope of Project for Lady Hochoy Home Completed:
- Repairing and Painting of Swing Set
- Repainting of Fencing and Gate
- Pressure washing of the White Borders of Garden
- Pressure washing of the Play Park
- Cutting of Grass on the Field and at Front Entrance
The Main Beneficiaries were the Lady Hochoy Home as well as the Teachers and Students at the Home to have a Cleaner and more enjoyable area to stay and work in.
