On 21st December 2019, I participated in an activity that explains things to do during an emergency situation. I learned a lot about the use of AEDs, procedures when helping someone during an accident and nurturing spiritual teamwork. I learned a lot from this activity and I hope that this activity can help to make more lives sustainable in the future.
