Kursus Lencana Keahlian - Daerah Kota Melaka
This program is held to let more people know about how to be a scout and let them know about the skill we learn in scout and also the history of scout.
This project is held online because of the pandemic. This program is open for cub scout in Malacca city only. Me and my committee get contact with some primary school in charge of scouting to let them know about we are going to conduct this program for them and prepare a registration google form for them. This program only open for 90 participant.
I think most of the participant get benefited from the program because the communication in the program between participant and my committee is efficient and active. Me and my committee explain clearly about the infomation of scouting.
Through the program I know that it is very important to have interaction with your audience because two way communication is better in learning progress. And my committee member had gain experience on presenting and teaching others which also help them to build up confident and leadership.
