Itza Studio

My objective was to test my skills as a leader within my own venture and, together with my knowledge in arts and design, create a venture for the sale of work and creative items made by me and involving more entrepreneurs through collaborations.
I started my business by combining my skills as a visual artist and my knowledge of graphic design. A support network was created between girl scouts and entrepreneurs from Colima where we could participate and exchange ideas and contacts. We formed a kind of collective where we sought to disseminate our products and share experiences.
Through this project I was able to share my knowledge beyond seeking economic benefit. Many more entrepreneurs became involved in collaborations and we promoted the importance of practicing a circular economy in our State.
I learned about the importance of local consumption and its relationship with the circular economy. As well as putting together a business plan and brand identity for my own business. I made new friends and now I know a lot about the logistics and processes involved in creating a business and the importance of sharing it and involving more.
