Participated in the vigil and investiture for 30 Rovers in the engineering college in eastern part of Bhutan. 20 Rover Mates sponsored the investiture of 30 recruits of the college. 20 college faculty members led by the President took part in the solemn ceremony. 50 first year students witnessed the ceremony which consisted of the handing taking of the old rover council to the new rover council members and closing of accounts of the rover group. The ceremony lasted for two hours. Total participants for the ceremony- 72 including two NSO staff. No of hours- 2 hours
