On 3rd Dec.2018 TTI Samthang awarded the Rover scout awarded the scarf and membership badges by the Principal. The members also taken Oath and signing of pledges during the ceremony and lit the butter lamp. During the ceremony total 160 including the staff and trainees took part in this ceremony it was lasted for 2hours to conclude the program. Awarded the community service certificate.
