MoP initiative is introduced for the first time in behala district, west bengal, India. 15th Behala Sishu O Yuba sibir is a community based open unit. I was there to introduced MoP program. around 22 scouts 4 guides and 10 cubs were present there. All 4 scouters of the group were very enthusiastic and they were eager to know more about mop. Networking game, alele song and some videos were presented there.
