
International Yoga Day
Today this program was organized on the occasion of international Yoga Day. The chief guest of this program was honourable Bhanu Pratap Verma and principal of GIC M.L. Verma. Yog shivir has organized in town hall of orai, Uttar Pradesh. Around 800 people have come to do yoga early in the morning. We have done kapaalbhati pranayaam, bhastrika pranayaam, tadasana, anulom-vilom pranayaam, shashasana, shalbhasana, bhramari pranayaam and vrakasana. Yoga is a very good and effective way to keep our body fit and fine. It contains a lot of exercises to cure various purposes of diseases. It helps a lot in curing various diseases because there is no side effects of Yoga if is done in proper way. That's the best part of Yoga as compare to medicines which may have side effects also on our body. It is a natural way to keep ourselves healthy and it also gives our souls spirituality. The mind is always fit and helps to keep our body calm.
