I have served as an International Relation Team at Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA). I started my task for 2 days from 06-07 May 2018, and I carried for 15 participants from 9 countries. They comes from Hong kong, India, Jordan, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Maldives, Singapore, Indonesia and Phillipines. My task scope is; 1. Welcome delegates from various countries who arrive at the airport. 2. Manage the trip of the delegates to the place of the program. 3. Assist overseas delegates to manage flight travel documents and information.
