September 21, 2019 the Rover Circles United 08 of BSP Cabanatuan in celebration of the International Day of peace, The Circle members took a picture commiting for Climate Action the theme of the international day of peace, and conducted a Plastic Clean up drive during the end of the Rover Vigil and Investiture Ceremonies 2019 at BSP Camp, Palayan City. the Circle Members Roam around the community and the camp to pic up plastic waste.
