Observing international day of peace by wangchhoeling Lower Secondary Scouts, Bumthang. It was observed in simple way delivering youth speech on right to peace and share their thoughts and activities they carried in order earn peace. They also presented MoP dance to the audience. total 197 scouts and scout leaders attended.
