Philippines - Chiang Kai Shek College scouts trooped to Manila Bay along Roxas Boulevard and joined the 28th International Coastal Cleanup, also held on September 21, 2013. The International Coastal Cleanup (ICC) is held annually every third Saturday of September. On this day, people gather on beaches, coasts, rivers, waterways and underwater dive sites all over the world to remove trash and debris and identify their sources. The data is used to raise awareness, inspire recycling efforts, and shape policy decisions.
