INSTILLING THE CULTUR

A Peace commences from the place of living...To mark International Day of Peace, the family of Chaskhar Pam joined the world in celebrating the day by offering 108 butter lamps and conducting a cleaning campaign to aid in creating a better world in our small ways.

A cleaning campaign was conducted within the school premises, adapted area of the school and the sides of the road from the school till Basic Health Unit (BHU).

The whole community including a monastery would be benefited from this project as we could collect about half a tons of plastic waste and other non-degradable wastes.

This program has taught students the importance of the environment. They were also educated on the reason for pollution and the importance of waste management in combating climate change.
