Hon'ble Dasho Dzongdag gave speech of being friendly with each others, clean use of toilet. Dasho suggested that our toilet should be as clean as our kitchen. Dasho also said the affects of climate change and our responsibilities to save energy. Dasho handed over the bank books to all the students.
