The inauguration is one of important stage in the story of a scout. There are some requirements that scouts must accomplish before s/he is considered as capable enough to be inaugurated. These processes are oftenly shifted into the practice of bullying, which is against the spirit of peace. Therefore, we try to shift it back to the meaning of inauguration itself. There is no such kind of bullying practice, but only after they have accomplished all the assignments. We invite their parents without any of them realize that it has been prepared for the inauguration. The point is to put parents aside with their son/daughter and grow more understanding between them. All rovers asked for the blessing of the parents by deeply apologize for whatever they have done and respectfully wash their parents' feet as the expression of humbleness and sincerity. Parents are really appreciate with this activity and it creates hopes for better future for both the rover scouts and their parents.
