Death signifies re-birth or a mere passing on to a new life. So, the Scouts of ZCS 'B' (15 scouts and two scout leaders)went to Zhemgang Dzong to offer butter lamps and prayers to ensure a safe passage and a good rebirth of one of our scout's late father. May his soul rest in peace.
