Hydration campaign during a heatwave.
Currently, Bangladesh is experiencing a heatwave, causing hardship for many hardworking individuals. Some have succumbed to heatstroke. In response, we've made the decision to distribute water and saline to those in need.
The initiative was carried out by the Opartheeb Foundation. Initially, we gathered funds to purchase water and saline. Ten volunteers, myself included, participated in the project. We split into two teams and began distributing from our designated location.
Through this project, I gained insight into the challenges faced by hardworking individuals during a heatwave. Additionally, I realized the significance of tree planting in cooling our environment.
