"Hong Kong Water Race" is one of the largest city orienteering events in Hong Kong. Within a designated time limit, participants will requested to visit different checkpoints around designated area, and complete tasks related to "water" at the spots, in order to advocate people be sensible and responsible in aware of the water crisis in an interesting way. For last year, over 4000 participants took part in the event, which can successfully to give rise to the social attention for understanding the concept of water footprint, and the concept to conserve the precious water for our next generation. For 2015, 120 scouts, venture scouts, rover scouts and leaders from East Kowloon Region, Scout Association of Hong Kong act as the helper in this meaningful event, to provide logistic and checkpoint support service to all participants.
