Hong Kong Scout Scarf Day is organized by Scout Association of Hong Kong on 31 July 2016 (Sunday), in celebrating the 105th Anniversary of Hong Kong Scouting. The event is also to support the World Scarf Day, as for our scout members to show to the public that the spirit of "Once a Scout, Always a Scout". The programmes include the Messengers of Peace Programme, Scoutcraft, Observation, Badges Swapping, Scarf Stories Sharing, and many more. The event is to be held in Hong Kong Cultural Centre Piazza.
