Compilation of Tasks for 2016-Compiled by Jigme Gyeltshen In the month of March,scout gave speech to school in relation to the importance of helping and contributing to the society and community as a whole. Later upon the exploration of the society around this place, remarkable story was recovered that was heart throbbing.scout in Utpal HSS has been helping an old woman, who was harassed and abandoned to live all by herself. Young Volunteers helped her claim the rights and assisted with various commodities that was necessary with for her living. It was a remarkable forward of young volunteers to assist the woman built her the shelter and visit every Saturday with food and other necessary commodities. The story doesn’t end with where the woman gets her food and shelter but with the handing of the woman to her children. The police and scout takes great initiative in visiting the woman and making sure that the woman gets a prior rights.
