The nachung scouts, cheychey scouts(57 in total), 10 staff of Kagtong Primary School, and 23 community people has celebrated the birth anniversary of his majesty the fifth king by offering butter lamp and conducting Marmey Moenlam. As it is also marked as the National scout day, the nachungs and cheycheys thanked His Majesty 'the patron for Bhutan scouts' with Gyelpoi Zhabten for HM's long live. Children also entertained the audiences with various cultural items. 

The investiture ceremony for new nachungs and cheycheys (including one special need cheychey) were also conducted on the same day.
