Helping those most in need

As a scout I need to achieve certain specialties, among them the one that caught my attention was the Champions of Nature Insignia from the Personal Interest Insignia classification. With that, my patrolmen and I did a community action within the Group to help those in need, the project was initially going to be for Christmas but due to some unforeseen circumstances we had to donate beforehand,
We carried out this project with more than 1 week of study, seeing which would be the best institutions in our city to make the donation and we decided to donate to ACEIAS, an institution that welcomes children without a father and mother and takes care of them until they are 18 years old. We did this project thinking about helping and teaching our troops and people a moral lesson to always think about what's next and never throw used things away, but rather donate them
We learned that there is no need to throw everything away because of a hole, for example, while there are people who would beg to have anything to wear, play with or use.
