Helping hand, because we volunteered and helped.

Since I am a scout, it's our responsibility to support those people in need. Thus, 20 of us when to our college zangdhopelri in the morning and helped in kitchen works during yernay at choekhortse coinciding with International Peace Day. Which is one of the culture of sherubtse college. We works for around four hours started from 5:00am to 8:00am.
It is at kanglung under Trashigang dzongkhag and where sherubtse college lies. We were just helped them with vegetable cutting at that time. So, after completion of the works the volunteers were served with breakfast and end our programme.
Choekhortse is a temple where many people come for their good health and blessing. Therefore, it is beneficial to all the people visiting there.
With this mini project, we had strengthened our communication and friendships. Social service leads to good community relationship. Built more interaction within scouts.
