Hi friends Personally I found Some People who are illiterate finding difficult to fill the forms to exchange 500 and 1000 denomination notes and they also don't have proper knowledge about the procedure. I helped few to fill the forms. I think it will be same in almost all the district and state., so if our scouts and guides help them in filling the forms and aid them in procedure it will be more valued, and we can rescue those innocent people from middle men who exploit them by taking commission.
