HeForShe: OUTFIT 637 Campaign Video
We are all humans and we are all entitled to human rights. These include the right to live free from violence and discrimination to enjoy the highest attainable standard of physical and mental health etc... In this world many people are still experiencing gender and social inequalities and what I see is need we to make statement to other and educate them regarding with this contemporary issue we have. Using a campaign video my Outfit started this project to serve an eye opener in our community.
For a month my scout exert all their time and effort on planning, studying and making this video. HeForShe is an invitation for men and people of all genders to stand in solidarity with women and Our project is to create a short campaign video that will serves us an eye opener for our community. Using social media my scouts will post the campaign media in their different platforms.
The project beneficiaries will be our small community and I hope using this campaign video this will serves as a eye opener and I hope many who watched this video touch their heart and have self reflection about this issue.
After reading about gender issues many humans in our world are still experiencing gender inequalities in different aspects. As a scout and Social Studies teacher , I always told to my scouts to respect our people in different aspect. Gender inequality will not be solve unless we people are don't open our minds and accept our people. Let us embrace gender equality within our own circles before pushing it to others.
