Health is the root of all happiness

Even today, many poor people do not know how to stay healthy and well. I often saw small children suffering from malnutrition. If they get sick again, they cannot take measures to prevent it. So I took up this project to teach them how to make food saline, to inculcate the relationship between nutrition.
This project of mine is held a In schools consisting of underprivileged children. At the outset I took up the project, and informed the rovers of my unit. They are also willing to help me. And with the help of my rover friends, this project can be managed beautifully and smoothly. We take every possible step to teach them how to prepare food saline, teach them about first aid.
About half a hundred children of the village have become health conscious from this project. We know today's children are tomorrow's future. What they learn will spread to his family. This will protect their health. And thus one day everyone will become health conscious. And the joy of learning something new was bubbling up in them again and again. Which made our long 4 day schedule worthwhile.
All people, there is no difference between rich and poor. If we have a right to good health, then poor people also have a right to have good health. A rover is always on duty. I think I have performed my duties and responsibilities well. Although it is on a very small scale, if we all come forward in this way, the word 'malnutrition' will disappear in our country and the world.
