On the morning of Christmas we 22 Ranger and 22 Rovers from our college and others from different college of D.K, started our journey towards Mysuru 17th national level jamboree site with full of excitement of service and also for the stay of 12 long days.... As we reached Mysore we got tent at state camp site for one day we stayed there... then we were shifted to NHQ as the NHQ service Ranger we got opportunity of service at Global development village(GD)... At first the place of GD was filled will stones ,waste,shrubs etc.... we wonder how it would turn itself to the place of excitement then as we Rangers and some rover from other District started our work the place fully changed, it was like a magic. But it was not a magic it was hard work of Mr.Janardan sir and his partner and Small part to us and Rovers. All the waste were removed and some tent were constructed. On 29 we worked at Erena as security because there lost of participant from all over the world and President of India came to inaugurate the jamboree on this day. I got work or service at Archery dept. As it was first time to see archery live i was also full of excitement as the participant of jamboree.It was difficult to manage the crow of participant but my sir who was the in charge of archery helped me to manage it.It was to good to work there and to see the curiosity of children... Jamboree not only thought me service but it also thought me management,adjustment,talking silk in diff language,last but not least so many friends and teachers from different states,who were strangers at first but as day past they became friend and later Family Jamboree moments is unforgettable ,the new party,the late night meeting with Shivangi mam,the duty at Erena after the duty at GD,Food, place etc are evergreen memories of jamboree.The 12 long days turned into only 12 day at the end. Thank you Scouting for this moments of life without being in scout it was not possible.....
