Hábitos sustentáveis
Batteries and electronic devices disposed of in regular trash are extremely toxic, as they release liquids and heavy metals that are harmful to health. Therefore, the proper disposal of these materials becomes essential.
In my project, I wanted to separate electronic waste from regular trash. I set up collection points at the school where I study and at the city club. Then, I collected everything and gave it to my uncle, who works with electronics, for proper disposal.
I learned that small actions matter, that most people don't know how to dispose of electronic waste, and how to organize and lead a project in my community.
