This was a patrol leaders training organized by the Greater Accra Regional Scout Council of Ghana.The course was held in a three day camp at Sam Wood Training center,the national training center of the association .The participants were 45 in number between the ages 11 to 15 years drawn from various basic schools in the region.Patrol leaders were taken through topics such :Patrol management,record keeping,how to conduct court of honor,Organizing of patrol activities,Scout own and Leadership. The objectives of the course were as follows: 1.To provide leader skills, 2.To give exposure to scouts 3. To form a network among scouts 4.To appreciate scout own service 5.To acquire managerial skills at a tender age
