Good deeds during Pandemic
Rather than acting in isolation, we actively seek to work in partnership with others during pandemic Covid-19. We actively participated on giving others an essential food stock to every effect household on Covid-19. We ensure that any new opportunities we offer are meaningful, well managed, diverse and inclusive towards people in Brunei Darussalam.
The project located at Dewan Bandaran Kuala Belait, Brunei Darussalam. We packed the basic food such as rice, egg, sugar, cooking oil, canned food. Then we gather, and send it out to the family that were needed in the list given by the Youth Voluteer Association.
The best volunteering happens when we work with volunteer-involving organizations to develop those opportunities. We ensure that any new opportunities we offer are meaningful, well managed, diverse and inclusive. We also aware of the precaution needed so that each of us didn't catch the disease by taking a swabbing every week and keep distanced even we are volunteering everyday.
For thousands of people, the COVID-19 pandemic has been a motivation to become more involved in volunteering. For some the experience has been rewarding, but for others less so. During the pandemic we have continued to follow the same principles we have always adopted in developing and delivering new volunteering opportunities.
