I wrote a proposal to our charter organization petitioning them to allow girls into our cub scout family pack. This proposal was discussed and voted on by the board of trustees and passed based on my proposal. We have since recruited several girls into the pack and are getting ready to cross over our first female Arrow of Light this next spring.
