The project started with a Group of Scout Leaders in Tarlac Council, BSP headed by Mr. Jonathan Toledo, Raul Mendoza, Dominador Razalan, Opalyn Dela Cruz, Bella Balaoing, Erwin Villanueva, Joel Tagulao, Reynaldo Labasan, Rheymart Pedroche, Ellen Felipe, Agnes Valdez and Ms. Imelda Samson to gather school materials and schedule regular feeding program to the locals and indigenous community in Labney, Mayantoc, Tarlac. The project has been in existence for the past three (3) years, with resources locally raised from volunteers' own initiative. To date, more and more Scout Leaders and Messengers of Peace Ambassadors are joining the cause of reaching more and more young people in the remote province.
