I join river clean-up and tree planting activities because I believe in the shared responsibility to protect the environment. These actions allow me to reduce pollution, improve local quality of life, and promote sustainability. The activities also teach teamwork, discipline, and environmental awareness, aligning with Scout values. Through participation, I feel more connected to nature and committed to its future.
In the river clean-up and tree planting activities, participants remove waste, sort recyclables, and plant trees in areas at risk of erosion. This teamwork-based effort helps restore the environment, improve local ecosystems, and raise awareness about the importance of maintaining a clean and sustainable environment for future generations.
In this project, I learned the importance of maintaining environmental cleanliness and caring for nature through activities like river clean-up and tree planting. I also developed teamwork, discipline, and social responsibility, while understanding how our actions impact ecosystem sustainability. This project provided hands-on experience in supporting environmental preservation and raising awareness about the need to protect the environment for the future.
