"GENDER EQUALITY" National girl child day
The main motive of National girl child day is to spread awareness about the rights of the girl child in the society. Importance of female education nutrition health and educate society about the inequalities girls face.
The Bharath scouts and guides of Mafeking scout troop decided to spread awareness National girl child day on 24 January of this year. we started a rally keeping posters of national girl child day from vidhan soudha and ended it at shanthi gruha. during the rally the police inspector of Bangaluru south district helped us spread awareness about national girl child day but requesting the public traffic to stop for a moment and hear our sayings.
This procession bought an awareness about gender equality and rights of the girl child to have good education nutrition and health. Many of the publics interacted with us to know about the objective of the rally
From this project we as scouts have an opportunity to spread awareness about the importance of girl child and we can also learn about the equal rights that the girl child have in this society. we can learn about the inequalities faced by a girl child on verge of seeking anything. we can make some development from which a girld child is away from facing the inequalities.
