GENDER DOESN'T MATER!

each one of us has a big role in our community and society. Men and Women,  has a big role in this world, We have our own talent strenghts,and weaknesses and we should RESPECT that, Girl can do the boy thing, and Boy can do the girl thing, actually they can do both. We should not underestimate the things we can do because we can do all things.

respecting individual gender doesn't effect your personality however, the social stracture that prevails since log in such a way that girls do not get equal opportunities as men. women are generally the caregivers in the family. Because of this women are mostly involved in the hosehold activities like cooking and doing the laundry in this situation, there is lesser participation of women in higher education, dicision making roles, and leadership roles. while on the other hand. Men are always involed in the heavy duties like, caring a tons of heavy things and etc. mens are usually the one who are working for the family that is why in their house they are the boss, when we look at the situation, Men has a huge role in their family which cannot be the barrier of their equality as a gender, women can do the same thing as well as the things can mens do. 

LEADERSHIP IS IN THE ACTION NOT IN GENDER!
