The name of the event is "Biswa Dooars Utsav 2019"
The Biswa Dooars Utsav Held at  parade ground in Alipurduar district (W.B.)  from 29/12/2018 to 07/01/2019 (10 DAYS) . Biswa Dooars Utsav Is also known as Mela (fair).
In mela  so many things to learn so many things to eat  food varieties of food spicy dry also the things to visit observed . Within 10 days so many singers are come to singing songs for the public..
And so many public local for other states districts come to hear the songs and visit the Mela.... so many gathering by public is there within 10 days and it's a very dangerous the gathering for human beings because Public health challenges at mass gathering events. MG events pose a unique set of public health challenges, including stampedes, crush injures, burns due to fires, exposure to extreme weather, infectious diseases, water-, sanitation-, and hygiene-related illness, and epidemic outbreaks. ....the main gathering was started at evening time....

As a scout my duty as a service in  10 dayes service hours is 5*5= 25 hours  per member is try to free the area from gathering by the public for the local people because it's a very dangerous for the peoples...... and I am trying my best to free the area for the gathering by the peoples......
