Gaijatra is a traditional belief in Newari tradition of releasing departed soul of dead people in heaven in peave. Rally is made in practice so that every one get to know about the people dead in the society. Scouts played important on that day (2018/08/27 AD-2075/05/11 BS) by performing duties in managing the rally and traffic control.
