The Georgetown South Rover Council & Kuching City Rover Crew D had organise an online webinar regrading the topic of how to prevent & stop cyber bullying on 20th September 2020 from 2pm till 4pm in Facebook. We had invited 4 lawyers & police officer (who is scout leaders / commissioners) as our moderator & the guest speaker. This webinar gain a very big impact as no any scout organization did before.
